Commonly regarded as the second largest criminal enterprise, human trafficking is widespread and occurs in the United States, Michigan, and here in Newaygo County. To stop human trafficking, the environment must become high risk and low profit for the trafficker. This will happen when our community is more aware of trafficking and equipped to make informed choices.

Join Trooper Todd Goodrich, Michigan State Police, as he leads the fight to put an end to the danger in our community. In this conversational seminar you will learn the law and types of human trafficking, impacts on our community and how to recognize risk factors, warning signs and indicators of human trafficking in adults and children.
