Clinical Documentation

This interactive training is designed to help mental health professionals boost their competence and confidence regarding clinical documentation. This training will focus on best practices regarding what clinicians should and should not include when documenting care, how to ensure documentation happens effectively and efficiently, and strategies to avoid common charting errors. The training will also review legal and ethical aspects of clinical documentation of which providers should be aware.

Registration fee is $45, which includes 3 Continuing Education Hours
