Beyond Inpatient Rehabilitation: Maximizing Quality of Life and Long Term Outcome for the TBI Survivor

PROGRAM SUMMARY
The purpose of this course is to explore effective multidisciplinary discharge from the inpatient rehabilitation unit including how to utilize effective resources in the community to support the long term needs of the TBI survivor.  Information will be presented to assist in planning for an effective community discharge.  Participants will benefit from access to community resources and networking with other allied health professionals caring for these clients in the St. Louis community. 
 
REGISTRATION FEES:  Registration fee is $50 for this conference. 

Complimentary registration is extended for employees of SSM-Select Rehab St. Louis, LLC and employees of the organizations' JV partners:  SSM Health St. Louis and Select Medical Holdings, Inc.
A reduced fee of $25 is extended to employees of SSM Health - St. Louis University Hospital
